Hilary Duff Song “It All Starts Tonight” Registered on ASCAP
Another new song from Hilary Duff’s upcoming 4th studio album has just been registered on ASCAP! “It All Starts Tonight” was co-written by Hilary, Toby Gad, and Wayne Hector. Hilary has already been working with Toby Gad and recently registered “Wild Night Out” and “This Heart” on ASCAP as well. You can see the registration for “It All Starts Tonight” below:
